✦ Intuit (QuickBooks, TurboTax): I use QuickBooks and TurboTax for bookkeeping and tax reporting. Order details (including customer name and purchase summary) may be included in financial records or tax filings.
✦ Apple (iCloud): Some order and financial documents are stored locally and backed up via Apple's iCloud services for secure data retention and availability. I encrypt my local backup media, and I also take the additional step of encrypting my iCloud data using Apple's Advanced Data Protection to ensure that your data can only be decrypted by my devices.
✦ Google Analytics: If you visit my shop through an external website that uses Google Analytics, certain information (such as your IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior) may be collected automatically by Google. This helps me understand traffic sources and improve my shop, but I do not use Google Analytics to track or identify individual Etsy buyers. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for any unrelated purpose.

4. Data Retention
I retain your data only as long as necessary for:
